 My name is Kendra McRae and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I was born and raised in Little Rock, AR and currently reside in Bentonville, AR. I have a Bachelor in Psychology and a Masters in Social Work. I am passionate about mental and emotional health.

I truly believe all humans have the innate capacity to heal, grow, and change. I love to walk alongside people in that process. I am dedicated to providing safety and authenticity on your journey toward mental and emotional health. Counseling should always be a place of safety and refuge in order to grow, heal, and change. I want to help you by providing this place of safety, while helping you explore goals and desires for your life.

I utilize evidence based interventions and effective counseling skills to meet clients where they are on their journey. I have over 5 years of experience counseling individuals in a variety of settings. I have special interest in working with young adults, and those working through trauma, anxiety, depression and transitional life issues.
